Our Expert Maritime Team
Every captain and crew member assigned to our deliveries holds a commercial yacht master licence. The team is selected according to the route and the type of boat.
Chief Captain
Capt. Özer KAVUKOĞLU
Holds an unlimited yacht master licence and a GOC certificate, with 15 years of seagoing experience and more than 30,000 nautical miles logged. Having started his career on merchant ships, he has been working as a yacht captain for 12 years and is equally skilled at the helm of sailing yachts and motor yachts.
He heads our captain pool. He approves route plans, decides which captain to assign and stays in direct contact with the crew at sea throughout the passage. He is also responsible for evaluating captains who wish to join the pool.
Operations Manager
Capt. Mustafa ÖZTÜRK
Qualified as an unlimited yacht master and an unlimited chief officer (Chief Mate). He completed his maritime education at the Deck Department of Marine Transport Management at the Odessa Maritime Academy and holds a Turkish certificate of equivalence. He speaks Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian and English and has 10 years of seagoing experience. He began his career in international merchant shipping, where he developed his discipline in safety management, port operations and documentation. Today he brings the same rigour to yacht deliveries, and he often sets off on solo passages on his own sailing yacht.
